The weekly rate is for 7 days and monthly rate is defined as a 28 day period and will be prorated on the days per month at a rate of 50% of the daily rate
Breakage Deposit: 50% of 1st month of total term
We accept the following payment methods:
Guests can cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund (minus a 15UKP handling fee).
Guests must inform us via email on the 2Southville@gmail.com address.
If a cancellation is made within 5 days of the booking or during a stay, no refund will be paid as this will not enable the re letting of the accommodation.
